Zbrush: Auto Retopologize Tutorial, with Specified Loops.

I made this because with simple google searches I didn't find the info I wanted on this process. This is a huge Time saver and I figured it would help some people out. I'm sure similar tutorials exist, I just couldn't find them, which is the main problem really. The included image should be self explanatory.
